We are Scotland – Jenny, Edinburgh

  In this, our ninth instalment of the ‘We are Scotland’ video series Newsnet Scotland travels to Edinburgh to speak to Jenny.

A poet and promoter, Jenny is also a member of pro-independence creative movement National Collective.  Describing an independent Scotland as “the ultimate creative act” she challenges the myth that the young are not interested in politics.

Jenny explains how she suddenly found herself becoming aware of the independence debate and why she decided to vote Yes.  She also gives her views on the state of today’s Britain.
