  This is our fourth installment of the Duggy Dug series of animated cartoons aimed at bringing a bit of colour and humour to the independence debate.  In this episode we see Duggy explain just why Scotland will remain a member of the European Union after independence, contrary to claims from those who would suggest otherwise.

As Duggy makes clear, Scotland is already a member of the EU and a Yes vote will simply allow us to continue that membership and become a member in our own right.  Claims that Spain will block Scotland’s membership are similarly dealt with by wee Duggy and his Barcelona friend Pep.

Would an inclusive Europe really seek to eject a newly independent Scotland, awash with oil, gas, renewables and of course … whisky?  And watch how he deals with the poisonous (F)lies.
